DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME ON CLEANING DAY?
Many of our clients are out on their cleaning day. We safely hold a key for those. However, if you prefer to be there on the day, that is fine with us also.
DO YOU SUPPLY THE CLEANING MATERIALS?
Yes we do! Everything is supplied by us. However, if the client wishes us to use their own products that is ok too.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY PET?
If possible, introduce your pet to us prior to the first clean. We are more than happy to let your pet outside in a safe spot and let them back in before leaving.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes we do! For your peace of mind we have public liability insurance.
HOW MANY HOURS WILL I NEED?
Our minimum is 2 hours. By visiting you at home, we will be able to advise you on your requirements more accurately.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
A weekly / fortnightly clean is £12.50 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. For any other services please contact us.
WILL I HAVE THE SAME CLEANER EACH VISIT?
Yes. Jon will be your regular cleaner.
HOW WILL I PAY FOR MY CLEANING SERVICES?
You can either pay by cash, bank transfer or via standing order.
